3List.co.uk Guidelines for Publishing of Ads

We, at 3List.co.uk, are committed to provide the BEST online car buying and selling experience. These guidelines are necessary in keeping our ads clean for everybody–young and old–to Buy and Sell on 3List!

1. CAR CLASSIFIEDS/BUY/SELL WEB SITE
This is a car classifieds/finder and not intended for marketing purposes. All ads whether private or company-owned should contain vehicles, accessories and services that are For Sale, For Trade or Wanted.

2. DUPLICATE/MULTIPLE ADS
Duplicate ads in one category are not allowed, as well as same ads in multiple categories or regions. The ad has to be placed in the category that describes the item or service the best (the ad will be moved to the right category where possible). Goods and services that do not fit in the same category must be placed in separate ads.

3. ORIGINAL GOODS ONLY
All listings should be certified original by the advertiser. No stolen and pirated goods and forgeries of branded products are allowed for all categories here at 3List.co.uk.

4. ILLEGAL AND PROHIBITED GOODS/SERVICES
Items and services that are considered illegal and prohibited should not be posted.

5. IMAGES
Images in the ad have to be relevant to the item or service advertised. Company logo-types are prohibited as images, except for ads for pertaining to “Services”. It is not allowed to use images from other advertisers without consent as these are protected under copyright laws.
By uploading images to 3List.co.uk, you warrant that you have the necessary copyrights over the images. You also further consent to the use by 3List.co.uk of the same images in their promotional and advertising material, both on and off the website.

6. AD HEADING/TEXT FIELDS
Unnecessary characters, SMS abbreviations, URLs, and links to other Web sites are not allowed anywhere in the ad heading and ad text fields.

7. OFFENSIVE MATERIALS/LANGUAGES
All ads and images should not contain any materials that are considered offensive to religions, ethnic groups, individuals, companies, or public figures.

8. SERVICES
Services offered or wanted must follow applicable laws and regulations of the UK that governs the professions or services.

9. ACCEPTED LANGUAGES
Only ads that are in English languages are allowed. 3List.co.uk reserves the right to deem unrealistic offers and the right to reject any ad(s) to be published in our Web site that may break our rules. Once an ad is rejected, the advertiser will be given an opportunity to revise and change the ad. 3List.co.uk reserves the rights to change the rules, if and when it decides. We also reserve the right to make some correction or move any listing at our discretion.

You agree for the sole responsibility for the content of any classified ads that you post on this website. You will not hold the owner of this website responsible for any losses or damages to yourself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any ads that you post here.
