everything is here for you and your loved ones to pick up and go straight on your holidays.its very very clean and is a fantastic caravan which belies its age of 1993.
we actually have this caravan connected up to the house with electrical cable using the mains adaptor and water carrier being plumbed upto the garden hose using a ballcock device in the water carrier which keeps it topped up without the need to fill it yourself.( fantastic thing to have )
my son has spent many a night with friends in it as its like a mini extention on the house being connected 24/7.
im not a trader and as such i am unable to confirm that the gas equipment on this caravan is safe or in working order.but i will say that i have used and slept in this caravan with my family and we lived through the event after using everything in the kitchen.

we have owned other caravans and this is a super little thing that does what you want with ease with the added bonus of being so light to tow that even my little 1.9dci scenic can if asked still do 70mph without snakeing due to its very light weight and alco stabilizer.
