Resign weight (laden) 1100kg.
6 feet 8 inches wide about 20 feet long including to tow hitch.
I believe it dates to around 1992

I have spent the winter servicing this caravan and as my children were going to stay in this i have checked everthing throughout.
There was only one owner before me.
New tyres including spare ,wheel nuts set to correct torque setting.
New battery.
New friction pads to the Alco stabilizer.
New bulbs inside and out all terminals cleaned.
New corner steady feet.
New 12s and 12n plugs these connect to the car.
Porch awning.
Blinds and fly netting.
Spare set of keys.
Two sets of good quality towing mirrors.
Two aquarolls.
Waste master.
Step.
Nose weight gauge.
Carpet has been replaced
Lcd 14 in tv freeview seperate dvd player.
Status 530 (10) directional tv and fm radio antenna vhf/uhf/fm which costs £150 before fitting.
Ramps and chocks.
Full breathable cover for the winter.
Auto reverse.

Brakes all cleaned and checked bearings all regreased new splitpin /adjusted.
Everything else that needed greasing has been done.
The chassis is as good as you would like to find,service rust only to the corner steadys which have now been oiled all working.
Floor is solid no sign of decay.
Bodywork is in very good condition
There is a couple of signs of old small leaks which were all sealed.
I carefully watch this van in all the bad rain we had over the winter and i have not discovered any leaks.
I have resealed all of the window rubbers so you should not have any problems with leaks.
Sink is in first class condition which i tested and found a leak on the drain plug this has now been resealed.
I have checked all gas joints for leaks.
I am not a gas fan so the heater was removed and a electric one with timer fitted.
Gas oven and hob and fridge all work.
Carver crystal water system (new filter) system has been sterilzed.
All taps work new tap in bathroom.
The carver cascade 2 water heater has been tested

No leaks in the water system.
Shower is in working order tray has been resealed.
Thetford cassette toilet all has been cleaned and is vgc throughout.
All lights inside and out all work charger works.
Tripswitch fuse box.
Good clean caravan throughout but please remember this is 20 years old so will show signs of wear and tear.
Seats at rear turn into bunk beds large double at front.
Table for eating which is stored in shower room.
25 m cable for 240 and another shorter one.
There is also a spare pump for the water system.
