1 double & 4 singles or 2 singles & a king size 4 seat-er & 6 seat-er tables hot & cold running water shower, chemical toilet, oven & 3 ring burner, gas fire, fridge with freezer compartment,all in good working order plenty of storage space, new carpet fitted last season. no leaks or damp. full size blue and grey awning bought last year with matching curtains x2 breathable ground sheets also outside light fitted.equipment inc : sleeping bags,pots, pans, cutlery, dinner set, cooking utensils,& lots more kitchen equip,iron and ironing board hook up lead spare wheel x2 fresh water aqua rolls, x2 waste containers with trolley, gas bottle,fire extinguisher owners manual. we have had many happy years in it and it will be sad to see it go but just grown out of it now. first to see will buy top bargain
